Bunje, Go Chase Your Tail

Bunje -- a horrid, nasty little furry, is one of the infestations of Sluniverse and the SL Twittosphere who constantly badgers and harasses me. I've never understood why -- I never contacted him first, he began to follow, track, obsess about me -- it's a typical demographic from among the people heckling and harassing me online over my valid critique of coders and the open source movement and certain scripters of SL: young, male, loser, furry, geek, etc.

He's been getting more and more into a rage fit on Sluniverse.com over this JLU thing -- it isn't at all clear why, since the JLU doesn't seem to be targeting him and his privacy doesn't seem to be at stake.

Lately he has been constantly writing the most obscene and outrageous crap about me on Sluniverse.com

Now this:

I've seen before someone was whoising a domain I own, because it created a page in search rankings that should not exist, I now figure based on recent blogging it was prokofy... doing research into her shadows, stalk much? bit like the JLU do when they collect information to use later for harassing residents.

"like you said, you don't want to get it wrong" and then look a fool so I suggest you listen.

Dear Prokofy it's against the whois policy to use that infomation for the purposes of anything other than contacting the person who owns the domain if your having issues with it.

Issues may include spam emails or erroneous traffic etc

As it does not effect you, kindly fuck off because if I catch you posting my name or anything you'll be the first person I sue for privacy invasion, harassment and collecting my data from the whois without my explicit consent for compiling as this is the only source of it available online due to legal requirements I must maintain.

As for anyone else... just leave it don't cross that line it's not something you need to know and if you do try befriending me first and asking or go join the JLU. __________________

Gosh, I hadn't thought to do one of those "whois" things on his silly little site. That's not my normal mode like these little creeps, rushing to look up "whois". So it wasn't me doing this the other day -- I merely visited his site to see if he wrote anything on it of relevance.

I have *absolutely no fucking need* to "stalk" this little twerp *whatsoever*.

But you can't shield publication information on the fucking *Internet* for Christ's sake, and give people nerdy, controlling directives about how they can and can't use it.You can't post something, then tell people "you can't look at it or I will sue you". That's just fucking retarded. Some people hide their domain names, maybe this inept little furball needs to learn how to do that.

I am definitely going there to look it up *and publish it*. Because it is visible on the Internet as he himself indicated.

Here it is -- I actually had to try about a dozen different look-up tools before finally getting this one to work. And it's a meaningless name in a meaningless provincial town and could be any one of hundreds of people on the Internet. And who cares!

Bunje has kept up a nasty stream of invective and harassment on Sluniverse.com and now is posting this threat against me.

If I get *any* harassment of *any* kind due to my free reporting and free reading of *the Internet* you can expect a full pushback. So give it up, fur punk.

 Of course, other lifer-nerds have explained the facts of Internet life to young Bungling Bunje -- you can't sue somebody for publishing something that is...published, and ICANN doesn't govern that.

Bunje goes on to rage falsely,

Um, huh? What? I've said no such thing. I have no idea where he is getting that I don't know the RL names of anybody who has stalked and griefed me except Tizzers Foxchase/Jordan Bellino -- everyone knows that.

What I said -- and this confused illiterate has mixed it up -- was that there was an allegation of a name that was the mole in the JLU from The Wrong Hands in the second round (not Thespian), said to be related to CheerGirl, but I saw no reason to reveal *that* name because there weren't any other sources besides Kalel, and it didn't seem to have any authenticity, due to several key points.

Unlike CheerGirl, where three people made allegations, one of them based on another one, and with many more red flags of suspicion.

 BTW, Bunje is now banned from this blog for violation of rule no. 2 -- inciting or causing damages.

Once you *threaten me with a lawsuit* because I have *read the Internet*, you don't post here. Bye!

Oh, and it occurred to me, with this strange statement:

In fact, this could be an unconscious Freudian slip, in which he says this because...*he is that person*.

Obviously, only a loser with a great deal of time on his hands in some subsidized set-up could take the time to *daily* grief me on an account like Yeehaw Ragu, joining the group, knocking on doors, sending tps, blah blah.

But since most of his personas seem to be furries, it doesn't seem likely -- Yeehaw Ragu could be Shaun Altman; it could be Tizzers; etc.

On the other hand, with the animosity Bunje has apparently developed toward the PNs for some slight on his blog, perhaps he decided to set up Tux Winkler, and make good on Tux's threats, appearing to me as various furries (rabbit, unicorn, etc.) out of the library.

The thing is, those furries on the 0-day accounts seemed more educated and erudite than Bunje normally does, he has become increasingly incoherent.

We were also speculating whether Barrett Brown is the one who is back in SL and stirring up this JLU stuff, but that seems odd, if he has RL hacking he can do.

As this little freak is still chasing his tail, now fantasizing that *I'm* filing abuse reports on him or somehow stalking him, I'll post this remark of his. Again, I have no reason to pursue anybody in RL, unless and until their griefing of me FIRST inworld reaches such epic proportions (as it did with Woodbury) that I write to some supervisor in charge (as I did with Dr. Rosen -- twice). Such spare time as I have for contacting authorities about cases I use for political prisoners in Belarus, not for people playing a game in SL.

What's interesting about this answer to Roger Blackhawk, however, is that after he writes his pestery obsessive little missive, he gets back a perfectly appropriate answer from LL that it's a resident-to-resident dispute that doesn't involve them. Amen. And that IF he has a court order, then he can contact them (i.e., if he successfully filed for and received an order of protection against some JLU member or something). Sort of like the answer Dr. Rosen gave me once -- that he'd be happy to honour any successful court order I cared to proffer. Of course, VPs of colleges should exercise more supervision over their wayward digital arts professors and students, but that's another story.

Interesting, though, that unlike CheerGirl, who claims she got a letter from a Linden saying she had a clean account with no ARs or actions on it (on that account or her main, we don't know) -- a story that always seemed rather fishy to me -- the Linden answering Bunjie tells him to blow off, basically:
