Troubled furry loser, insecure persona suffering from the usual fursecution complex.

Take it somewhere else.

Prokofy Neva

Oh, and it occurred to me, with this strange statement:

"First go read her site where she implies that she knows the rl name of the super griefer that's been stalking and harassing her all of her sl life and she implies she wont release it because shes not 100% sure and doesn't want to be seen doing stuff the JLU do etc. "

In fact, this could be an unconscious Freudian slip, in which he says this because...*he is that person*.

Obviously, only a loser with a great deal of time on his hands in some subsidized set-up could take the time to *daily* grief me on an account like Yeehaw Ragu, joining the group, knocking on doors, sending tps, blah blah.

But since most of his personas seem to be furries, it doesn't seem likely -- Yeehaw Ragu could be Shaun Altman; it could be Tizzers; etc.

On the other hand, with the animosity Bunje has apparently developed toward the PNs for some slight on his blog, perhaps he decided to set up Tux Winkler, and make good on Tux's threats, appearing to me as various furries (rabbit, unicorn, etc.) out of the library.

The thing is, those furries on the 0-day accounts seemed more educated and erudite than Bunje normally does, he has become increasingly incoherent.

We were also speculating whether Barrett Brown is the one who is back in SL and stirring up this JLU stuff, but that seems odd, if he has RL hacking he can do.

As this little freak is still chasing his tail, now fantasizing that *I'm* filing abuse reports on him or somehow stalking him, I'll post this remark of his. Again, I have no reason to pursue anybody in RL, unless and until their griefing of me FIRST inworld reaches such epic proportions (as it did with Woodbury) that I write to some supervisor in charge (as I did with Dr. Rosen -- twice). Such spare time as I have for contacting authorities about cases I use for political prisoners in Belarus, not for people playing a game in SL.

What's interesting about this answer to Roger Blackhawk, however, is that after he writes his pestery obsessive little missive, he gets back a perfectly appropriate answer from LL that it's a resident-to-resident dispute that doesn't involve them. Amen. And that IF he has a court order, then he can contact them (i.e., if he successfully filed for and received an order of protection against some JLU member or something). Sort of like the answer Dr. Rosen gave me once -- that he'd be happy to honour any successful court order I cared to proffer. Of course, VPs of colleges should exercise more supervision over their wayward digital arts professors and students, but that's another story.

Interesting, though, that unlike CheerGirl, who claims she got a letter from a Linden saying she had a clean account with no ARs or actions on it (on that account or her main, we don't know) -- a story that always seemed rather fishy to me -- the Linden answering Bunjie tells him to blow off, basically:

Bunje:

"As Ms unnamed *you know who wink wink* [er, that's Prokofy Neva] Had marked me out as a big bad monster and was probably filling ar's against me for every shadow behind her trees, with absolutely no proof I've done anything.

I thought what the hell and filed in a support case asking about the status of my account with linden lab before anything happened to it, kind of like head the issue off at the pass so that I was perhaps not shouting on deaf ears later, or at least have something preventive if LL enforcement see I have "an open case" on an unbanned or none suspended account.. that explains my position on several issues.

I explained a few things about the JLU, what ar's I'd filed and on whom, the stuff about the pzone listing me as a troll to 3rd parties, and Ms unnamed's links etc. and the issue about the JLU steamhunt harassment of other residents that I was concerned they we're waiting for me to reach that particular shop owning to my style of clothing.

This is what I got back.

Quote:
Hello Roger,

I'm sorry, Linden Lab does not involve itself or mediate in Resident to Resident agreements or disputes. If you feel that you have suffered real world harm as a result of a broken agreement, we strongly suggest that you pursue real world redress.

Linden Lab will fully cooperate with request from a court of law.
If you feel that the other party has violated the Terms of Service or Community Standards, please file an Abuse Report (Help > Report Abuse inworld) and let our Governance Team know about the incident.

Regards,

XXXX Linden

To be honest I don't think they understand or that's a typical copy paste reply, but I think I'll keep pounding it until someone "gets it" or at least it's stored on their servers as a record of testimony from my point of view.

And might help later for me to refer to in any other correspondence or trouble with Linden Lab."
