So someone drops two or three statues of liberty, because you let everyone rez things on your land apparently. If this is griefing (as opposed to inoffensive practical joke), I'm a cow. It could even be a newbie who did it.

Um, no. Because "no build" and "no group build" is turned off, and the group is closed, so it's an exploit.
And even if they joined an open group to prim litter, that's still an offense -- object littering is an offense regardless of the land status.

It's not just a prank when you put out hugely-primmed items that use up all the prims on the sim so that people can't put out stuff and existing stuff is forced back into inventory. "Pranks" that cause financial life are *crimes*.
