I used to think this was a build that was more or less thrown together quickly by Kim Anubis and RacerX Gullwing when I talked to Racer about all this...eight years ago, was it? You'll forgive me if my memory of this entire interchange isn't the sharpest -- while only a midbie myself, I'm not getting any younger! It's a nice but modest little build called "Treasure Island" on a bit of water near Ravenglass Hall which was put there basically just to make some landscaping and a little area for newbies to dive for freebies and to have treasure hunts. I'm grateful to the oldbies who made this or donated stuff for it but I didn't realize I should be *eternally* grateful -- after all, for years I had to deal with the prims not being set, and I still have to deal with the fact that none of these objects were sold to me to manage, and are all still in the possession of Kim, and therefore she can come and remove the build any time. Such is Second Life!
However, when I put up this island lo those many eight years ago, what I didn't realize is that this was supposed to be a Monument to Oldbies. To their fabulousness. To the FIC Queen Kim Anubis and the Friends of Kim Anubis who Helped Her With This Build. So I hasten to give credit where credit is due:

(That sounds like a good moral poem for Kim to hear). (PS I used to like Neal when I met him in Thinkers but I found his faux Zen stuff really annoying after awhile.)

The texture above is "Dinosaur Skin", which is sometimes how I feel.
Remember how the FIC profiles of people like Cristiano Midnight who had bought a year's membership in advance said "Charter Member" and they got the 4096 m free for life?
Now they get a *golden key* on their profiles, with the phrase "Lifetime Member". Cool, huh?
