This guy definitely goes on the Do Not Rent list.
First, he rented my cheapest lots -- $150/150 prims (US $1.99 a month!) -- and put up a store in the sky. He paid rent -- then stopped. I reminded him -- he paid again. That round repeated and repeated -- I didn't have any particular reason to remove his store in PG cheap land at the foot of the hill, because no one else would likely rent it. So I left his store there -- and that meant he kept earning money on his sold products -- menswear.
Eventually, I removed him -- I'm nice, but not THAT nice. He then came back and rented a larger lot -- now for $250/week ($3.33/month). Well, I don't mind -- I cut people breaks. Especially if they seem like non-English-speaking foreigners needing a break to make their SL business. Why not? I keep tenants long-term that way.
But I had to keep chasing him again and again and he just never paid on time.
I finally got rid of him again completely.
Then, I got very busy, and didn't think to check the prims on land where there was a rezzed-out rental box. Somebody came and rented the land -- and I didn't realize he had put his prims out *again* up in the air -- and neither did the new tenant. Then they left, and his prims stayed. Weeks, I imagine. Selling all that time.
To his prims were added two more -- squatters that I had removed a few times from other areas, his friends, I guess.
Finally I just blasted all of them away. I wrote to him that he couldn't rent from me again. I checked my records -- there are numerous times with me reminding him to pay.
Then, today, this:

Gotta love it, eh? This guy insults *me* as some kind of materialist rich guy devoid of spirtual feeling because I...kept a 25 cent cancellation fee and...wait for it...1 Linden dollar from his time ellapsed in a rental he should have known better not to start again. Then he thinks I've insulted *him* and he hasn't insulted me lol. So typical of that male machismo so operative in so many places in the world.
When I tell him that sorry, I'm keeping it for all the deadbeat weeks he spent selling stuff for free off my land, he gets his back up, and then insults me further. Suddenly, I'm the person stuck in a virtual world, unable to understand "real life problems" that this big guy has in his...US $3.33 a month rental on a 1024 m.
